Review: Naked In Death (In Death #1) by J.D. Robb (aka Nora Roberts)

Naked In DeathNaked In Death by J.D. Robb
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

So I think I've read this before because the story line seemed familiar, but it would have been before 2013 when I started to keep track of the books I read. However, even if I did read this before I was still on the edge of my seat to find out who the murderer or murderers were, but I did find that Lieutenant Eve Dallas's relationship with Roarke, an Irish billionaire and possible murder suspect to overshadow the police procedural part of this book. So even though I enjoyed the romantic suspense brought on by Dallas and Roarke's relationship I felt that there was just to much romance and not enough crime solving. I was highly entertained though and managed to read this book in one day so the fact that it held my attention; mixed romance and a futuristic world and police force lead to me giving this read five stars! I am already on to the next book in the series and cannot wait to read all the rest which number 44 published, with number 45 coming out September 2017 and number 46 coming out January 2018; looks like I'll be busy lets hope the series can keep a hold of my interests like this one did! If your a fan of romantic suspense/thriller I would definitely check out this series if you haven't read any of them yet.

Thanks for being here,
